About the player… Together with his midfield partner, Bradley Barritt, Waylon Murray is expected to develop further as a tough, quick centre, with a nose for the tryline, having amassed a creditable 10 tries in 22 matches for the Sharks. The pair has played together at almost all levels of representative rugby, forming a formidable partnership, which remained intact for South Africa’s bid to retain the IRB Under 21 World Championship title, losing to France in 2006 in the final.
